Recently, I deleted my Myspace account.  I deleted almost 200 Facebook friends.  I updated and redesigned my website.  I made some Twitter-related resolutions.  All in all, I decided to take my online-life into my own hands.

The changes made to my DevART account are similar.  I've deleted over 500 favorites in the past two months.  All images that were added on a whim because they made me giggle but in no way affect me as an artist are slowly being culled from the list.  I've also decided to no longer offer commissions via DeviantArt.  I will add "items" to my Ebay or Etsy account by March that will allow you to buy commissions from me.  I feel like I've made hundreds of works of art that I have no real documentation of.  I'd like to take my work a bit more seriously.

I think for years I always believed I'd end up working a 9to5-deadend, anyway.  So, I didn't strive to look like a professional.

However, now I realize I'm already a professional artist.  I just need to stay on top of my resume and portfolio.
